Body Count Drawings

ink and watercolour on paper • 30" X 22" • 2010

This series of thirteen drawings feature all the dead bodies in slasher films including Halloween, The House on Sorority Row, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and A Nightmare on Elm Street. Each drawing represents the body count for one film. "Body Count" refers to the number of people killed in an event such as a war, but has been repurposed by horror film enthusiasts.
